Job Description
As an Intern in Business IT, you will be an integral part of our Information Technology department, supporting various business processes through technological solutions. This position offers hands-on experience in aligning technology with business needs, assisting in the implementation of IT projects, and providing support for day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for technological improvements
- Support the implementation and integration of IT solutions to enhance business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), x-mind map or Draw.io.
- Familiarity with basic IT Concepts and technologies.
- Prior internship or work experience in IT or business-related roles is a plus.
